  • This Web Site was developed to assist potential renters find all the information they need to know about our available homes and duplexes.    
  • Within these pages you find out the details of available rentals along with our policies cost and fees. 

Rental Screening

We screen all potential rental applicants.  We use a Rental Screening Service to verify all information.

  • They verify rental history
  • They verify work and/or income 
  • They check for Felonies and Eviction Records
  • They supply us with partial credit  
  • Their Cost is $39 to you
Pet Policy
  • We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each and every pet along with an increase of rent by $50 for cats, dogs, birds, and so on.
  • We do not except Rotwielers, Pit Bulls or any combination of the two on account of property insurance restrictions. 
  • We also no not allow large breed dogs and large aquariums.

Security Deposits

  • We do not except partial Security Deposits or first months rent.
Prorated Rent
  • The first month is always the full rent no mater how long you will be in the rental
  • The Second month would be Prorated the amount of days you lived in the rental the first month
